Welcome to Nate! By using our Discord bot, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Our bot is focused on bringing a more interesting community to users, which are not only unique but also organized.When we say "we," "us," "our," and "Nate™," we are referring to the NDT (Nate Development Team), where contributors and main developers are counted.When we say "you" and/or "your," we are referring to you, the user of our bot.We also have our Privacy Policies, which dictate how we use your data, what data we analyze and collect.

Who we are

We are a small company that provides Discord bots to the Discord community. The bot does not offer any external services, such as "sales," "subscriptions," and others. You can enjoy the public commands we bring to the entire community with extended limits.You can contact us via our Support Server on Discord. If you need help with Discord, please read the articles "What is Discord?," "Starting with Discord," and "Discord TOS.

Age requirements

Since our Discord Bot operates within the Discord application, you need to be at least 13 years old to enjoy our bot. Otherwise, you will be banned from our community, bot, and reported to Discord. Avoid lying about your age, as this can cause problems within the app that we cannot address. If you are 18 years old or younger and intend to use our future premium services, you will need a guardian present to grant access/permission to continue with the paid services. It's important to note that if you are responsible for a child, you are accountable for the actions taken within their account, including payments and/or punishments within the community.

Restrictions

If you use our bot, you automatically agree to abide by Discord's rules, including the TOS, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do completely the opposite, you will be punished in our community and reported to Discord. You have zero permission to perform/recreate/create/execute the following actions:- Do not utilize any kind of software, self-bot, or other explicit methods that would grant access to breaking our bot, e.g., spamming commands in an impossibly human way, attempting to access our services/bot, or private information contained within the bot.
- Do not use the bot to create/recreate illegal or self-harm-involved content for yourself or other members in the area or on Discord. This also includes scamming accounts, accessing third-party services of personal accounts, or even theft.

Of course, there's much more you can learn in our Discord server and Discord TOS. If you see anything that violates the bot's rules, inform the moderators and/or Discord Support in the app!

Server Bans & Blacklist

You have complete autonomy to stop using our bot, regardless of the reason, as it is your server, your responsibility, and your decision - of course, the bot can be added again and so forth.Our right includes banning you from our server/services if you violate our server/community guidelines. It is our right to report you to Discord if something severe occurs, and it is our right to make these decisions.It is also our responsibility and right to place you on a global bot blacklist, which will prevent you from using our commands/services - attempting to evade via alt or otherwise may result in a blacklist without appeals and a ban on the alternate account.

Appeals

Depending on the reasons for your blacklist or even server ban, you have the autonomy to make an appeal by contacting the support team via our Discord Server. The appeal process works through Appeal Forms (usually included in your ban notice)!

Keep in mind that:
- Server moderators may accept/deny your server appeal;
- Server moderators have complete autonomy to make their decisions;
- It is your right to seek help/support from a Higher Rank if necessary;
- You cannot contact staff members to review/accept your appeal;
- Only Bot Moderators can accept/deny the Bot Blacklist appeal (server mods do not have this right);
- If the reason for your punishment is severe, we will not make exceptions.

Your Discord Account

AS A USER OF OUR BOT, IF YOU ENGAGE IN ILLEGAL ACTIONS OR ACTIONS THAT BREAK DISCORD'S TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU WILL BE REPORTED FOR YOUR ACTIONS. IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS DELETED OR OTHERWISE AFFECTED, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING. IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS STOLEN OR SCAMMED, WE CAN HELP BY BANNING THE MEMBER WHO DID IT, INCLUDING REPORTING THEM TO DISCORD. IF YOU CANNOT RECOVER YOUR ACCOUNT, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE!

IF YOU SPAM COMMANDS FROM OUR BOT, AND SOMEONE REPORTS YOU FOR "SPAM," AND ACTIONS ARE TAKEN, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR ACTIONS, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES!

Bot Moderators

The Bot Moderators of Nate are trustworthy individuals dedicated to maintaining a certain level of safety for our bot and the Discord community. They are authorized to blacklist anyone who violates our rules/TOS and take other necessary actions. These members have access to specific data only in rare occasions. This data is not leaked, exposed, or stored in any severe manner, as we do not provide any personal information to moderators. They have the right to join a public server if someone reports a member/server within it.We prioritize privacy matters, meaning that bot moderators cannot use their special commands randomly in any channel. Our bot has a high level of security in these situations, requiring a special "key" created by our programmers to execute the command.

Thank you for your interest in Nate! (the “Bot”, “Game”, "Service" and “Website”), developed by the NDT team ("we", "us", “our”). To keep the bot functional and provide the best possible experience, we collect some necessary data from Discord users (the "User", "you", "they", "their") who have interacted with the game, as well as the respective Discord guilds (the "Server(s)") that Nate has been added to.This Privacy Policy was designed to publicly outline our policies regarding the data we collect via our bot, website, or any other software we have developed (collectively, our "Service(s)").

Data We Collect

In order to enhance the experience for both Discord users and our players, we collect the following data:- User ID: This is the unique identifier linked to your Discord account. It enables us to allocate game and verification data to specific Discord user accounts. User IDs are accessible to any Discord user.
- Guild ID: This is the unique identifier associated with each Discord guild. It enables us to assign game data to a particular Discord guild. Guild IDs are accessible to any Discord user.
- Channel ID: This is the unique identifier assigned to each Discord channel. It allows us to assign game data to specific Discord channels, such as for setting bot permissions for a particular channel. Channel IDs are accessible to any Discord user.

Data We Analyze

There is additional data that we analyze in real time but do not store, which includes:- Discord messages: The messages that you send to or in the presence of the bot. This allows us to identify users who may be attempting to cheat/abuse our Bot or the Discord platform. Examples of such abuses we attempt to prevent include automated spam messages and self-botting.We do not sell or otherwise share any collected data with any third parties.If you have any privacy-related requests or concerns, such as a data removal request, please contact our support staff via our Support Server.

KEEP IN MIND:YOUR DATA IS NOT RANDOMLY STORED/SAVED! If someone reports you within a server, the following IDs/stuff are collected:
- UserIDs from the reporter and the reported person
- Current ChannelID, ChannelName, ChannelType
- ServerID, ServerName, ServerInviteThis information is stored in a private server channel, allowing us to monitor Discord Servers where our bot operates to maintain safety. Only Bot Moderators, those who are trustworthy, are permitted to access and handle these situations.
